Cancellation Policy

We understand that, at times, plans change, and you may need to cancel the order. At Antoine Crosby, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Therefore, we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at Contactus@antoinecrosby.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and process it as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case, you can still return the item by following our return policy.

Please note that refunds for canceled orders may take up to 7 business days to process.
